This extensive factory facility in Adlington, Chorley, is where our innovation begins and excellence never stands still.
It serves three vital purposes for the business: head office, factory workshop for complex repairs and an elite training centre for all our technicians.
It’s where we push the boundaries of what’s possible in alloy wheel repair. Packed with the very latest technology, our workshop ensures even the most severely damaged wheels can be restored to a showroom-quality standard.
It’s also where every DA Techs technician is trained to deliver the same outstanding results and uphold the highest safety standards nationwide.
A wheel repair factory like no other
Before pioneering mobile wheel repair, the DA Techs team operated one of the largest wheel repair workshops in Europe, featuring a 90-wheel track capable of handling an incredible 1,000 wheels per week.
That heritage continues at our Adlington HQ, with a factory workshop that supports our entire mobile network.
Whilst 95% of wheels are repaired on-site, the small percentage that require additional attention – such as cracked or buckled wheels – are sent to the factory for specialist treatment.

Our expert engineers use industry-leading equipment and precision CNC systems to restore complex or severely damaged wheels to OEM standard. The facility allows us to take on the most challenging jobs, ensuring that no wheel is beyond repair.

The DA Techs Elite Training Centre
Our factory workshop is also home to the DA Techs Elite Training Centre – where every technician learns the wheel repair craft and standards that set us apart.
Every DA Techs technician undergoes four weeks of intensive, hands-on training at the workshop. Here, they learn how to operate our exclusive Micro Lenco CNC lathes, apply OEM-grade coatings and follow our incredibly strict safety protocols to the letter.
This ensures every technician trains with cutting-edge tools and real-world techniques that mirror the equipment used inside our mobile workshops.
Our training goes beyond the technical, too; we instil the same professionalism, attention to detail and customer-first mindset that have made DA Techs the trusted name in alloy wheel repair nationwide.
