Step 2: We arrive on-site

Your dedicated technician arrives in one of our state-of-the-art mobile wheel repair workshops, ready to set up in a suitable location at your home, workplace, or business premises.

Every job starts with a quick site assessment to choose the safest, most practical area for repair.

Your vehicle is then carefully jacked up using professional equipment, including axle stands to ensure absolute stability and protection throughout the process.

Once set up, the wheel(s) is removed and prepared for repair inside our fully equipped mobile workshop.

Each van is self-contained and climate-controlled, allowing our technicians to work efficiently and safely in all weather conditions.

Step 3: Preparation

Next, we begin meticulous preparation of the wheel.

The tyre is deflated and peeled back, the surface is cleaned and inspected and the wheel is then bolted securely at the hub – the safest and most accurate way to guarantee a perfect finish.

Inside the van, the wheel is mounted on our Micro Lenco CNC lathe, where we use innovative digital software to scan and map the wheel’s profile. This allows us to cut with pinpoint accuracy and save each wheel’s unique data, ensuring perfect consistency for future repairs.

Our technicians also take every safety precaution: each van is equipped with advanced dust extraction systems and air-fed masks, creating a clean and controlled working environment that protects both the technician and your wheels.

Step 4: Precision repair

This is where the DA Techs difference really shows.

Our exclusive lathe performs a precise, controlled cut on the wheel’s surface, restoring its shape, shine and structure to factory standard.

Unlike conventional mobile systems, the Micro Lenco can handle wheels up to 23 inches and cut complex diamond-cut profiles with millimetre precision – even while the tyre remains on.

Every movement of the lathe is digitally controlled, ensuring flawless symmetry and a perfectly smooth finish every time.

This process not only restores the wheel’s aesthetic, but also improves wheel balance. This helps your car drive better and more efficiently.

Step 5: Finishing touches

Once the cutting process is complete, your wheel is refinished with OEM-grade coatings and lacquers for a durable, long-lasting finish.

We match original colours and finishes exactly, whether the wheel is painted, polished, or diamond-cut.

Your technician then reseats the tyre and reattaches your wheel(s) with the utmost caution and care to ensure your car is safe and ready-to-go.

Finally, your car is carefully lowered and a full visual inspection is carried out to confirm every detail meets our uncompromising standards.

The result: your wheels look brand new again, gleaming and ready to hit the road.

What happens if my wheels can't be repaired?

Around 95% of wheels can be repaired by our technicians on-site, same day.

However, in rare cases where the damage is too severe – such as cracks, buckles, or structural problems – we’ll arrange for the wheel to be transported to our factory workshop for specialist attention.

Your technician will discuss this with you in detail after inspection, ensuring you understand the process and options available.

Our goal is always to get your wheels restored to showroom standard as efficiently and safely as possible.
